if you have your Advance Parole document, then you can use that when you come back in the US.

Or better yet, wait for your green card to arrive.

When I got my I-485 approved it took 2 weeks until I got my green card.So I suggest you to wait.

Good luck !

According to the last action rule if you do your green card will be voided on the spot and you will have to start all over again. By entering the US on an H1b visa you are stating you want that status over the green card. Call USCIS and see if you can get an appointment to get your passport stamped. You will have to prove that this is a required trip and bring your approval letter(no grantees). Good Luck!

Once your PR status is approved, your H1B is invalid. You need to wait until the green card arrives to enter US properly. Or if it is an urgent trip due to your job related, you can make an appointment through Info pass and could request for temporary I-551 stamp on your passport.
It takes about 2-3 weeks to actuall get green card in mail once your PR is approved. Good luck!

Go to your local office, show evidence of approved I-485 , get a stamp (it takes 10 min) and you will be able to travel outside the country. Good luck.

No, you are no longer under H-1B status since your I-485 has been approved. If this is an emergency and you can't wait, make an appointment with USCIS and go to the local USCIS office so they can put a green card stamp on your passport which allows you to travel in and out of the US. Check with USCIS over the necessary documents you need to take with you when you go to the appointment (such as I-485 approval notice).
