Hello helpers! If I apply for new USA Travel visa before my existing travel visa expired on my chinese passport, and if my new visa application got denied, will the USA embassy cancel my existing travel visa?
My current existing travel visa (1 year multiple entries) will expire in June 2008. Thanks a lot in advance for your feedback! |

Is there a reason you would be denied? If you have done everything the proper way, meaning you have entered and then exited the US without overstaying than you should have no problems getting another visa with multiple entries that will be good for 10 years.
You can travel into the US up to and including the day the old visa is valid. Your visa does not have to be valid for your entire visit just on the day you make entry. Your passport must be valid for 6 months longer than your intended stay in the US. |
