What do i have to do to travel from USA to Mexico city with my dog?

If you are flying call the airline and ask what you have to do to take your pet with you, if you're driving I would call the boarder patrol and see what they say that you need to do, you may not be able to take your pet with you.

Traveling out of this country with an animal is not a problem. When you try to come back into the country with your dog, they will make you leave it in quarantine for as long as 6 weeks.

I don't know where you live, but you may want to ask the travel agency in your area. You may want to consider how long your going to be in Mexico City. It might be worth boarding your pet till you return. If your moving there, you might want to make sure all the shots are up dated. I think your pet will have to be quarantined before it can enter or leave the country. You can't just walk him across customs...It will cost you a little bit. I wish you the best.

Are you flying or driving? If you're flying, call the airline. If you're driving, bring a copy of her vet info. ie: shots, meds, etc.

It's best if you leave her at a friends/family place so you don't have to deal w/the cost and the quarantine....
