Nonimmigrant visa application processing fees (per person):
Nonimmigrant visa application processing fee, Form DS-156 (non-refundable): $131.00 The visa itself is free. The major stumpling block is proving that you will return to your country. If you can't prove this you lose the $131.00 and no visa.
This is assuming you want to visit. Any other type of visa is another story and we would have to Know the type of visa you want or at least what you want to do specifically to even start.
