After you have meet your fiance in person then you will need to file for a K1 Visa, and here is what you'll need:
(You will need to do this)
I-129F
G-325A for both of you
Passport pictures 2X2 two of each of you
Petitioners Birth Certificate
Proof of relationship and meeting like hotel and airline receipts, phone bills, photocopy of passport stamps when you met visited her
description how you met

(She will need this)
NSO birth record
NSO Cenomar
NBI Clearance
Police Clearance
CFO Certificate
Philippine Passport
Then when she receives her visa package
Call for her interview date
Get her medical
get her CFO stamp in her passport

Well, your problem is you have to meet your fiancee first before you can file the paperwork to bring her to the US and you can only file the paperwork in the US. Since you haven't met her yet, you can't file now. So you can't do it the way you've outlined it here. What you would need to do is go meet her, and assuming you both feel the same way afterwards, you need to return and then file the paperwork here to bring her back later. It does take a while, 6 to 12 months usually.

Take airplane from USA to Philippines.. You have to petition for her at USCIS here in United states but check in this site www.uscis.gov first.

D.M., you're just idiot person. How do you know She has 11 siblings? have you ever been with his so called fiancee?

Who gave thumbdown to George and Bill O ? Their statement's are exactly right. "You're moron"

you will not be able to bring your fiance with you without previously taken the time to get her into the US , if you intended to stay in the Philippines for a great length of time.
the processing is pretty long ,therefore, i would suggest to get all the paper work done before .
please read this first if you wish ?
How Do I Bring My Fiancé(e) to the United States?

Background
If your fiancé(e) is not a citizen of the United States and you plan to get married in the United States, then you must file a petition with USCIS on behalf of your fiancé(e). After the petition is approved, your fiancé(e) must obtain a visa issued at a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad. The marriage must take place within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States. If the marriage does not take place within 90 days or your fiancé(e) marries someone other than you (the U.S. citizen filing USCIS Form I-129F - Petition for Alien Fiancé), your fiancé(e) will be required to leave the United States. Until the marriage takes place, your fiancé(e) is considered a nonimmigrant. A nonimmigrant is a foreign national seeking to temporarily enter the United States for a specific purpose. A fiancé(e) may not obtain an extension of the 90-day original nonimmigrant admission.

please refer to this page to read on the procedures :

Your fiancée will need to contact the U.S. embassy. She will need an appointment. If she is in Manila, it is easy, but takes time. You will also need to file a petition here in the US, which is sent to the Philippines and processed there.

The process can take many months.

She will need a criminal background check. She will also need proof of being single and a medical certificate.

You should also collect evidence of your relationship. The earliest photos you have of the two of you. Emails and letters. They will want evidence that the relationship is real.

You cannot simply go to the Philippines and pick her up and bring her home. Despite what many people think, The Philippines is not a “Quickie Mart” for brides.

And while I am sure your love is true and pure, read up on some of the cautions. Most people in the Philippines are wonderful. But where there is severe poverty, there is desperation.
