At 16yrs old can i travel to usa alone??

hey i want to go to cali from uk alone because my family got other plan's.so is it possible to travel alone but meet my uncle in cali?? any help is very appreciated. thank's

Check with the airline you are hoping to fly with, you usually have to be 18 and over to fly alone.

Many airlines will allow minors to fly alone. You'll just have to check with the airline to see what their policy is. And you must let them know in advance that there will be a "minor travelling alone" on the flight. They will generally assign one flight attendant to "oversee" you during the trip, and make sure you connect properly, etc. If you have relatives in the states that will give you lodging, good. Hotels in the US require you to be 18 to book a room.
