Default USA: methods of travelling from state to state?

Wanna take a few months to explore America soon, however I am concerned about how I would get around from one state to another. I know I could fly but I couldn't afford to keep hopping on and off planes. Are there coach or bus services that will take you from one state to another and if so, can you give me some websites of the coach services that offer this

Thanks!
I don't have a license so I can't drive myself around

Try renting a RV or something and drive from state to state or take a train. That way not only can you see your destinations but you can see the country as you travel and stop if you saw something interesting.

There are many buses that go city to city and stat e to state...it is very easy. You can also take Amtrak, but it goes to fewer cities. In almost every city and town there is a Greyhound or Trailways bus station you can go to to buy tickets. Do not need to buy on line or reserve ahead of time. You can just travel as you wish. Check out the $99.00 special on Greyhound. Hope you have a great time.

If you are not a U.S. or Canadian citizen, then I suggest Amtrak. You can see the country by train for about $600 for a 30 day travel pass.
