Great that you have such a goal and you should hold on to this dream. My understanding is, that you have right now time on your hands before you start a job in Germany, is that right?!
To work in the US you need a working permit or green card. Both is not as easy as it sounds. For the green card you can apply on-line through a lot of organizations. Against a fee they place your application with the US green card lottery, but you never know if you get it , plus it will take time.
If you want to work for experience than you should apply for an H2A, H2B, or H3 Visa. They are all temporary but a great way to get work experience in the USA.
Since you are 19 years and made your Abitur, you do not have any "Ausbildung" (job training) and you are an unskilled worker. As such you will not get any work visa for long term and I do not advice you to stay without getting a good education. The USA is much different and much harder than Germany is, especially when it comes to social security...
So for getting work experience get an H2A (Temporary or Seasonal Agricultural Workers) or an H2B (Work Visa for Temporary Nonagricultural Workers) or an H3 Visa (Work Visa for Temporary Trainees).
You can get in contact with the US embassy in Germany and ask for help. They are glad to give you a list you can contact to get the job done right and they have an internet chat as well. For Berlin call (030) 2385 174, but they are in other cities as well. See the link on the bottom.
to get more information make a google search for "H2B Visa" and you will find lots of information.
A good start is the AmerikaForum and its all in German.
Good Luck
