what do you mean by met her? are you seeing her for the first time, if so you will be turned down for a k1 visa. my wife is from mexico, i had to travel back down to the consulate in mexico and take alot of items to show proof of our relationship. i had to show photos of use together to prove our relationship, notorized papers from people who knew us as a couple, and alot of paperwork showing you have a place to live a job, and if your not making enough money to cover their guidelines which was my problem, my mother had to fill out a form saying she will take support her if i wasnt able. so good luck its a long process
