I have not traveled out of the USA before, just woundered what i need to do?

I want to vacation in another country. But i am not sure of all the procedures. I know i need a passport. But who do i get a passport from, or need to talk to about one. And what else needs to be done, before i can leave the states to go to another county.

You can go to the US Post Office, and get your passport through them.

You can also ask your travel agent to help with the passport.

Some country requires that you obtain a Visiting Visa, again you can check that with your travel agent.
