travel and build roller coasters in USA?

I heard someone say you can go to America,travel with a fun fair putting up rides, and taking them down when the show moves on. It's a temporary job as the fun fair only travels for a couple of months(mostly through summer) .Is there any truth in this, and if so how can you apply?

What you are talking about is a carnival worker, roust-a-bout as some call it. This is a life many have chosen for thr travel. Many gypsy type people do this also. You need to be a good hustler.
