I am a student in China and this summer I will come to Amrica.
I want to know how much do I need to eat a general meal. And the price of the digital goods. If it's cheaper than China? For example, How much is the PSP? It's 1200yuan( $150) here without memory stick. And how much do I need from Orlando to New York? |

A meal in general, depends where you want to eat, Like Mcdonalds for fries, a burger and a drink probably around 6 dollars. If you want pizza or a hotdog with a drink around 5. Basically its around 5-7 dollars. I think its near the same price here for the PSP. A good camera is around $150 also.

First of all, the U.S. is nothing extravagant. I've been to better places, although poor, but they were 100000x better than the U.S. A "general meal" would cost about $3.50 - $6.00, thats at any fast food restaurant because thats where the majority of U.S. citizens eat, hence why they have the largest number of obese people in the world (especially in Texas and Alabama). A PSP (brand new) from Target, Best Buy or Frys will cost you about $180 (with memory stick; usually only 32 mb). A used one from somewhere like GameStop will run you about $150. China has cheaper digital goods (for originals not fakes), i know many places in Shanghai that sell brand new (and authentic) electronics for a lot cheaper that in the U.S. or other places in China. New York is an extremely expensive city, as is Orlando. Miami would be a much better place to visit in Florida. I can't give you an estimate of how much you will need in both those cities because you have to mention weather or not that includes food, rent, and how long you'll be there.

Adyari seems to know a lot about a country she has very little regard for, she must have visited here many times because her information is somewhat accurate, and her diction is superior to many people who live here, people that the US accepts every year from other countries, her country must stress English as a second language which explains why she is so fortunate to travel as much as she does. Most Americans are not very extravagant, we live in modest homes, we go to work in the morning and when we get home at night we cook and eat our own food some of us even grow vegetables and raise pigs, chickens and beef. We don't eat at fast food restaurants and we don't shop at places like Target or Best buy, I have had the pleasure of visiting China for my work and found that the electronics prices were almost the same, only if you buy in the US you may not be able to use the item when you get home because of the differance in voltage. We don't keep all of our obese people in Alabama and Texas, Americans are naturally taller and larger than Asians, Europeans and Hispanic people but we spread our obese people out among all the states in the US. New York and Orlando are like Shanghai or Hong Kong they can be expensive depending on the district that you choose to spend your money in, much like Miami. If your thinking of wasting your money in Latin America I would like to tell you that most of my neihbors, freinds and coworkers are from Latin America looking for a better life in the US. I would also like to say that I have travelled in Europe Asia and Latin America and I have never seen any country more tolerant of imigrants as the US.
