Default if a person is out of jail on a cash bond...can they still travel in and out of the USA without problems?

I am out on a cash bond for a crime they said I committed...and my job requires me to travel in and out of the USA...will I get in trouble going out or coming back?

if there are no conditions set on your bond you are free to do as you wish. the bond is only to insure you appear for court.

In most cases a condition of bond is that you remain in the country. Looks like it is time to find a new job.

Depends on the condition of your bond, you may not be able to leave the state, much less the country. There is a possibility you could get court's permission to do so, but you would need to do that first. You really want to check. If you violate the conditions of your bond you could be put back in jail.

This depends on the type of crime it was. Best thing to do is contact an attorney. I think you shouldn't have a problem. I have traveled to the middle east & checking me through everything shows up so I don't know how much stiffer things have gotten over time. Good luck!

Starting with the bonds men, my bet is the contract you signed explicitly deals with this situation, my bet without their permission they can revoke your bond while out of the county and thus upon return to USA subject to arrest at pass port, then good luck finding another bonds men

to get even past the bonds men probably going to need more collateral, this does not even address the court conditions for release

You will have to get permission from the bonding office in writing before attempting to do so. If the court has given you direct instructions not to leave the state or country you must then get permission from the bail agent and the court before leaving. otherwise you are subject to arrest!

No because they may try to run and the US will have to make a deal with the country to get the person back.
