Each entry into the US is treated as a separate admission. You will require a Visa or a new ESTA pre-autorization if you are not a Canadian citizen.

It's to the complete discretion of the border officer whether you are admitted and how much time you are allowed to visit.

It is quite possible that once in Canada, you will be refused entry back into the US. Good luck if you try that trick.
