I want to move to Texas in the future, but because im living in the UK but not a UK citizen (im currently resident here under my mother's ancestral visa) im wondering if there is any special visas i must get from my home country's government.
Finally do i need visas for holidays that would last a week or so? Thanks |

You can look at the ESTA website to see if your country of origin allows you to travel under the visa waiver program, or if you'll need to apply for a visitors visa from the US Embassy. If you need a visa, apply to the US embassy in London.
Long term you'll need to apply for a working visa, etc. if you intend to stay and work in the USA. |
