Hi there.
That is right on the cusp, you should be okay - better google the passport people and double check though, the USA move the goalposts all the time.
Good luck, Steve.

You are advised to check the remaining validity of your passport as soon as you plan to travel overseas. The US and the UK have an agreement that allows people travelling from one country to the other to enter using a passport with limited validity. However, you are advised to renew your passport beforehand if it has six months remaining validity or less

In theory you should be able to travel to the USA (and back!) so long as you have more than 6 months left on your passport from the day you leave the USA.

To save any possible anxiety you should consider renewing your passport before you travel. You can renew your passport in advance and they will add the remaining months onto your new one up to a limit of 9 months.

Don't forget to do your ESTA application online before you travel

Might it not be a better idea to ask the US Visa Service rather than trust the answers of people on this site who think calling their children Shafantia Fillikins is more important?

When you check the website of the U.S. Embassy in London you can read that your British EU passport just needs to be valid during the time of your stay.
