I want to go to USA but have been arrested in the past but never charged or convicted! can i travel?

Will i able to get in with a visa waiver form or will i have to go the embassy in london?? If anyone can help that would be great as i want to go asap!

no charge no problem,however they will be able to find out that you were arrested but being charged is very diffrent from an arrest,visas are hard work to get but when you get yours it will last for 5 yrs , multiple entry.

You have no problem at all. USA immigration are only interested if you have convictions.

No problem, just beware you pull any crap in the U.S. the cops and prosecutors are no joke. The American judicial system is harsh.
