I wanted to go to Boston, MA, USA in summer. Just a few question...(im 18 in the the uk btw)
1) if this is my first passport, how long after i get it can i travel? 2) do i need to apply for a visa if im only stay 2 weeks to a month? 3) Do you have to show your bank details/ finacially ok Do i have to apply for that visa in advance or is it issues at the airport? |

1) I think you can use your passport when you get it as when they finish making your passport they register it as genuine and after that it's usable.
2) Yes I think you do have to apply for a Visa before going to America. 3) No I don't think you should be showing bank details at all as your financial details should always be kept privated to prevent any fraud from taking place. |

1) You can travel to the USA the same day you receive your UK Passport.
2) You are probably eligible for the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) - see the link below 3) If you need a Visa, the application requirements are also at that same site. 4) No. If you need a Visa you can not get it at arrival in a US port. It must be already affixed to your passport. |
