Does anyone know about traveling and working across the USA?

I want to travel and work. I would like to move around to different places in the USA (or abroad if anyone knows about that too) and move possibly after 3-6 months or so.

But I do not know how to go about finding short term jobs and housing. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am a business/office manager so I think it would be easy for me to fall into jobs.

go into road construction. There are two companies I know of that go all over the country and they even pay for you to move around. The best deal would be to get in with the plaining crew with the company called Diamond Surfacing. Also there is a concrete rehab company called kinish that travels around. Both make pretty good money. As far as office jobs... I have no idea.
