Article III of the Jay Treaty declared the right of American Indians born in Canada to trade and travel between the United States and Canada,
This right was restated in section 289 of the 1952 U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act.
Currently codified as 8 U.S.C. ยง 1359: Nothing in this title shall be construed to affect the right of American Indians born in Canada to pass the borders of the United States, but such right shall extend only to persons who possess at least 50 per centum of blood of the American Indian race.

You will need your status card (and may also need), a letter from your First Nation stating you are 50% or more North American Indian.
Although an established "right", you may not necessarily be able to exercise that right. There are many systemic roadblocks in the way.
