what is the cheapest travel agency in Canada (hamilton, on and region)?

I wanted to travel overseas this summer after school is over. Tickets are super expensive around this time (June 24 and on). Does anyone know any travel agencies that can offer special prices around the Hamilton, Ontario region. I'm 16 and I'm traveling to Kosovo.
