Default I would like to travel to Canada but I'm not a US Citizen and my Visa is expired can I enter Canada?

I know I would have trouble coming back to the US but I want to know if I can enter with just my driver's license and that's it?

Yes, you can go to canada, and when you get there and your visa expires there, then you will have saved the USA the expense of having to hold you until we could deport you, so just keep going.

Depends on your nationality first of, but not just that if you go in and they see that your visa expires soon they will only let you in 1 day before it expires if it has already expired you are not getting in. i know this because i went to Vancouver like 30 days before my visa expired and they told me i could only stay for 29 days which didnt matter since i was only going for a weekend other wise i could have stayed up to 90 days. so they do look at it and forget about coming back with an expired visa is not going to happen

I doubt it. They aren't dumb on the border and will know Canada might be stuck with you.

Until Jan 09 you can travel to Canada with a drivers license and birth certificate. Once you get into Canada, how do you expect to get back in the States? You have an expired visa, you will not get back in - you are in America illegally. You should go back to your home country or contact a lawyer to file the paperwork to adjust your status...
