What do i need to travel by land from Montana to Canada???

I plan on crossing over from Mt to Cananda (by land) for business. Ive got NO valid passport. Will I be OK getting over & back with JUST a copy of my birth cert. & my Oregon state DL ???

i have no passport yet either. Americans DO NOT need a passport to enter Canada by land. not until 01 01 2008. i have had no trouble entering the US either, but you may want to talk with US immigration. i've been ok, but i have heard of problems for others.

You should be ok with that ID. One thing you need to enter Canada by land is a car ;) Good luck. I hope you enjoy your stay.
