DO CANADIANS LIVING ABROAD (THE NETHERLANDS) NEED THIS NEW ESTA VISA IF TRAVELLING TO CANADA VIA A US BORDER?
I am a Canadian living in The Netherlands. I will be going home to Canada for a visit and I have a stop-over in a US city. Do I need this new visa ESTA to enter the US from a foreign country with Canada as my final destination?
