Please can anyone help? My family and I (all UK Nationals with full UK Passports) are travelling to the USA next August for a vacation. We are familiar with the Visa Waiver Programme that exists in the USA and form I-94. However, we are intending to visit Toronto, Canada, as part of our vacation trip for a few days and then come back to the USA to finish our vacation.
Can we use the form I-94 when we cross the border from the USA to Canada and on our return from Canada to the USA? Are there any extra forms we need to complete? We intend to drive from New York State to Toronto, Canada and then dive back to New York State from Toronto. |

I think I may help! When you cross the boarder you don't need any forms just passports- when you will be crossing the boarder you'll be asked questions like how long you intend to stay in Canada / or the US. You will also be asked what you are transporting like tobacco ETC
tip: when flying on the plane chew gum or listen to music so your ears don't pop! have a fun trip |

You won't have any problem entering Canada from the United States with a UK passport. I don't know about returning to the US. You should contact the US embassy in the UK before you travel to be certain about that. I don't think there will be any problem, but to ease your mind and to be certain, contact them. Here is the link.
