Anyone traveled with 'Zoom airlines' or used the site 'Iglu Canada'?

If so, what were your experiences. I've met mixed reviews over the internet.
Also is it common for them to just supply a 'print out ticket' when you order online? and do i just bring a printout along with me to the airport?

Yep, i had them change my flight details by a whole day.. but they informed me of this change 3 months in advance. I expected it as i booked a while ago.

I flew with Zoom in May and have to say they were really good. They did change the flight time 2 weeks in advance (4 hours later leaving) but otherwise were really good. They service was perfect and the flight very pleasent Well worth the discount over BA or virgin

My sister moved to Canada yesterday. She flew with Zoom from Gatwick to Calgary. I'll have to get back to you once I hear from her to tell you her experience with them!!


Update- Spoke to my sister today, she said the airline was just fine, no problems at all.
