what are the regulations on traveling through Canada with a snake?

I am moving from Alaska to Arizona and will be driving through Canada During my move. I am taking my snake with me and was wondering what the regulations are about taking them across borders. I have tried calling several government lines, but they just send me to a different department (typical government.) So insted of wasting my time with government officials with obviously cant help me, i was wondering if anyone knew from experience or whatever else. Thanks for the help.
