Citizens of Canada do not need a visa to Israel for a stay up to 90 days.
make sure your passport is valid.

No. You can get the Israeli stamp at the airport once you arrive there. Cheers!

Yes, you always need a Visa when leaving a country to travel to another country.

No you do not. Make sure that you passport will be valid for more then six(6) months.

No, Canadians and Americans, among others, are granted an automatic 3-month tourist-visa.

No, you do not need one if you are an Canadian or American citizen.

BTW, it matters little WHERE you are traveling from as opposed to your citizenship.

When you arrive, you will get a stamp in your passport which is effectively a "tourist visa" allowing you to stay for 3 months. Afterwards, you'll have to renew it if you are planning on staying longer.
