In order to drive from Venezuela to Canada the person would have to go through Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, then Mexico before hitting the US again (if you survived that long drive and very interesting then hats off to you). If they would allow you in you would then have to drive another 1400 miles before hitting the US/Canada border. Would they let you in, maybe, maybe not because the Immigration rules to get into Canada are harder than those to get into the US.
