Tequila cannot be taken on the carryon luggage. You'd have to somehow put it in a solid container underneath if you are allowed.
There are very strict rules about what can be taken in your carryon luggage and the weight of the other luggage but it varies from carrier to carrier. Your best bet is to call the airline directory or look it up on their specific website. |

You can only bring one liter of alcohol. You won't be able to bring it in your carry on, because it won't get through security. OK to check it, but be sure to pack it carefully.
Ticket and passport will suffice. The usually weight restriction is 50 pounds per checked bag; there are rarely weight restrictions on carry on unless you're flying on a very small plane. Check with your specific airline. |

Yes you have to declare any alcohol and/or tobacco etc and you meet the minimum legal drinking age for the province or territory at which you enter Canada
You may bring in one of 1.5 litres (50.7 US ounces) of wine, including wine coolers over 0.5 percent alcohol, or 1.14 litres (38.5 US ounces) of liquor, or a total of 1.14 litres (38.5 US ounces) of wine and liquor, or 24 x 355 millilitre (12 ounce) cans or bottles of beer or ale, including beer coolers over 0.5 percent alcohol (a maximum of 8.5 litres or 287.4 US ounces). Bringing More Than the Duty-Free Allowance of Alcohol Into Canada Except in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, if you are a visitor to Canada you may bring in more than the personal allowances of liquor listed above as long as you pay customs and province / territory assessments. If you are planning to go to east coast (Atlantic), north then I would strongly suggest u to bring your winter coat, winter boots etc however u won't need those if you go to Vancouver BC You are allowed to bring (Economy class) 2 bags 23kg (50lb) (executive class) 3 bags 32kg (70lb) Air Canada Elite and Super Elite (in any class of service) 4 bags 32kg (70lb) Total weight of all 4 bags not to exceed 92kg (200lb). 158cm |
