By plane, you can fly from Seattle to either Vancouver or Victoria in about an hour. Driving, it takes two to two and a half hours (depending on traffic) to get from downtown Seattle to the US-Canada border, and then how long it takes you to get into Canada depends on the lineups at the border crossing for customs and immigration. Those lines can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours, depending on the time of day and how many people are waiting.

Like the U.S Canada also stretches from the Atlantic Ocean on to the Pacific Ocean...it all depends on where you want to enter Canada for how long the trip will be...it could be a week if travelling by car if you were heading for New Brunswick...but if you were heading for B.C by car, maybe and hour or two...you really did not give us much information to give you an ETA.

Check out a travel site and see the different flight times.
A good one would be

www.voyager.ca.tf

You can see how long each flight is depending on airline and even buy the tickets right there.
