How can I arrange bus travel from Vancouver BC Canada to Spokane WA?

Help is very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

I'm assuming it might be best to journey from Vancouver, down to Seattle, and then across to Spokane? I am in need of details, how I can arrange this trip, and see costs, travel time, etc.

Cost is not a big deal, the trip would be well worth my money. Thank you ^_^
