DUI dismissed after appeal? Will I be able to travel to Canada?

I live in Tennessee with a TN Drivers license and received a DUI in the state of Mississippi in 2004. My license was never taken and no fines were paid. The judge found me guilty in 2004. My lawyer appealed the ruling and it was dismissed in 2007.

FYI, in 2005, while waiting for the appeal court date, I planned a trip to Canada for vacation and was not allowed entry..

Being that this DUI was dismissed, what will be my status with entering Canada? Also, who would I check with to verify this information before another attempted vacation?
