I m traveling to Canada. What items/goods Canadian authorities allow and what not?

Because getting through borders is tricky i would recommend you have an itinerary of your visit to canada complete with where you are staying and the address.

If you're wondering about what clothes to bring it depends what province you go to....its been pretty warm though here. Let me know if you need anything else.
