Is it still possible to drive in Middle Eastern cities?

Yes.Exept Iraq.

Why is it " STILL " possible......

Yes it is still very much possible , but buy a helmet !!

Saudi Arabia is the only country in the Middle East and also worldwide where women are not allowed to drive.

In all other countries/cities it is of course possible to drive. If you ask for driving in Baghdad, yes even there it is possible but dangerous. Some Middle East countries/cities have the nicest and most modern streets. Just heavy traffic almost everywhere.
