For traveling in the middle east, what type of Ipod Nano charger is required?

I have an Ipod Nano and I will be traveling in the Middle East this summer. What type of charger will I need? I know there is a certain voltage requirement, but I don't know what equipment I need to buy so I won't ruin the Ipod. If possible, please add links to sites selling these. Thanks!

tough question, it depends where you are going, if there's a computer available, you can charge as usual, otherwise I can't be sure. Sorry!

When I went to Iraq I purchased AC converters which will allow you to plug your regular iPod plug into it then into the jack overseas. The bad news is you either have to order one offline or wait til you get over there and buy one.
