gay travel in santo domingo ??

anyone know where the "gay" section of santo domingo is ? if there is an area like that... is there an area where all the clubs and hotels are located ?? where does a guy go to meet and pick up those hot dominican boys ?? any travel tips would be great

In Santo Domingo such an area doesn't exists. Like in every big town in the world there are some gay people but here this is very discreet, due to the fact that this is a very catholic country. So, sorry in this matter I can't help you.

I do not think there's one over there, I mean you might see them at the clubs or restaurants and public places, but I don't think they have a community, and you might wanna be careful cause dominicans are very machistas, make sure you are 100% sure they are gay before you go talk to them ejejej Good luck and have fun =)

I think that your best bet is to just go, enjoy the white sand beaches and flirt to see what comes of it but as always be careful! Fabugo has started putting out really cool Fabuguides which really honestly talk about hot travel spots and tell if they're gay-friendly or not but whole thing is "If you want to go, go!". Anyway, like I said, have fun and set the bar high- there are some gorgeous guys in the Dominican!

The gay section in santo Domingo is in the Zona Romantica near the fortress and near the malecon. There is a restaurant call paco restaurant every body know that resto, a lot of gay there.
