Default How can i keep food hot when traveling?

my husband is away on military training and i get to go see him next weekend and i want to make spaggetti and bring it to him but its like a 3 hour bus ride what can i do to keep it hot?

well from my experience, it's hard to keep food hot after two hours :/ my method keeps it warm, but not straight-out-of-the-oven-hot. usually i wrap the food in two sheets of aluminum foil, place it in a thin container, then wrap that container in a heated, wet cloth, and put in in a second larger container that has thermal qualities.
sorry, it doesn't keep the food too hot, but i hope it works out!
