What kind of ants are big and black and travel alone, and aren't attracted to food? how do i get rid of them?

They have 6 legs and it almost looks like they have wings.. flying ants?!? get real! anywho I found a HUGE spider in my place last night and I think he was in here because of the ant infestation. The spider ESPECIALLY is an UNWANTED guest, but the ants are as well..

The wings imply they might be termites. They usuaally are not that big though.
