My all-time favourite dish is Char Kway Teow. I had it in Malaysia 3 years ago. Since being back in Australia, I have probably had it at 15-20 different Asian restaurants and take away places, and probably about 60 times. Although, nothing compares to the real thing.
Char (Fried) Kway Teow is rice noodles with seafood. In Malaysia, it is pretty hot, but I have to ask for "extra spicy" in Australia.
