You can make a bunch of cookies. Wonder if you are going to the same family gathering I am going to this weekend?

You can take a cooler and pack it with ice. Coolers and ice can be found almost anywhere (Walmart, Grocery stores, Target, etc). If it is best served hot you can rewarm it when you get there or buy something like this:

which will keep it hot or cold.

Cooler..Regardless what you take. Just get you an 18 quart cooler and just keep the items that need to be cool in the cooler. Don't forget the ice..lol.

Don“t forget something to drink too.

Something sweet, and something salty too.

Gum always helps.

Use a cooler, and then you don't have to worry about the type of food. Problem solved.

cake,,don't frost it till you get there..anything cold can be put in a cooler, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, etc...pie if it doesn't have a egg cream top or melt like pudding pies, pecan pie is good. Home made fudge, or any type of divinity or hard candy good. Hope this helps..
