I'm writing a story called Traveling Family. Vacation Ideas?

I'm writing a story called Traveling Family. (it's a series) It's about me and my family and we go on vacations. Can anyone reccomend some great places that have fun,surf, and sand and a palce with tropical feeling or anything. The family members are me 29, My husband 31, my daughter 2, and my twin daughters 1. I need appropriate places, but again in hot and sunny states.

Haiwi, key west, daytona beach FL, california, or maybe another country like greece or rome

I went down to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas - they have killer water slides for kids and great stuff for adults. it was the best spring break of my life seriously! they have a website with pics...check it out!

Thailand is a really good place to go. its not a state but its hot and sunny and the beaches are amazing. the water is as warm as bath water, and its kind of tropical. i went there with my dad and my sister and brother for 2 weeks. there are a lot of new foods to try, and their customs are so different its like living in a different world. good luck with your story!

I will tell you about a vacation I experienced as a kid. It was 1964 and I was 5 years old. We came from Quebec (Canada) and went to Atlantic City, My mom (father dead) had won a whelled tent (sorry I don't know the english word for that) at the local grocery. Arriving in Atlantic city we only found a campground near a military base about 5 miles from the beach. I was fascinated by the military planes. So we spended our days on the beach and shopping. The last day we were there. Well, the Beatles were in Atlantic City. Surely all tickets were sold. My brother (10) and my sister (14) did the hell of a crisis because they wanted to see the Beatles. Mom stay firm in refusal (she didn't have the money for that) and we came back to Quebec.
