It depends. Do you mean by plane? by train? by automobile? Do you mean what route to take? do you mean the fastest? the most scenic? the most dependable? the cheapest? the safest?

Please be more specific, and I will try and answer your question.

well, the fastest way is by plane, but that is not the cheapest. the cheapest is by train but it takes a longer time. as for which is more fun, it depends. on the train, you can socialize with people more than on a plane and you can also sleep more comfortably. you also get meals and i think on the CFR euro trains, you get movies. so, the train is pretty much like the plane but you get there slower. i think that the plane is more boring because there is nothing to do except watch a movie or read. you can't really walk around or get fresh air. the safest would probably be the plane because on a train, it is easier to get things stolen if you leave important things visible. i think that the train is a lot better and more fun if you are not in a hurry to get somewhere or if you are on a budget. on the train, you get to see the nice scenery and you can sleep comfortably and peacfully in the sleeping car or talk to people.

You could go by bus or train from Frankfurt (I suppose you mean Frankfurt-am-Main) to either Bonn or Stuttgart and then fly from any of these cities to Bucharest with BlueAir (it's a low cost airline).
