What is the relationship between Belarus and Russia?
Belarus got its independence in the 90's or something, right? What was its relationship to Russia before then? To be more specific, how about the time of WWI and WWII? Did they side with each other? Er... do they get along all right? And what about the other Balkans? I mean, how do these guys like each other?
