Default are people from eastern europe that poor?

they just work, they dont live their lives, they only want money, money, money.I mean we see people from other countries like France,Spain,Portugal (you know the good countries of europe) and they dont go to other countries for the money, they come just for a new experience,to study....they all live well,in good houses and they have money, but that doesnt happen with people from latvia,romania,poland,lithuania...why is that?
maybe they shouldnt be in the european comunity?

Yes, many of them. There are many depressed areas that don't have a lot of industry.Just because someone isn't affluent doesn't mean they should migrate. Good grief, the US is becoming overrun because people move here for a better life (although it's hard to begrudge someone a better life).

Yes, there is a lot of poverty in Eastern Europe. They have to work in order to have money and working there won't give them a lot of money. Therefore, countries like the United States are so attractive to them. They should be in the European Community for different reasons. In order to understand how it all works here in Europe , you should read more about the Economy and Politics.

They are poor but not that poor.It used to be better when they had support from Communist countries. The Soviet Union supported them the most but ever since the Soviet Union collapsed it had no support it became poor.

It depends on which Eastern European country, but you can easily see that we have a whole lot of immigrants from there in the US. They are leaving their homes for a better economic situation.

Put it this way...I knew a bunch of Russians when I was living in China who went to China to find work because they would make more money there than in their home country doing their specific jobs...so...

(BTW, average Chinese with college educations make like around 300-500 dollars a month there)

Also, I know that in the US anyway, there used to be a lot of discrimination towards them (from the WASPS of course) and restrictions on their immigration to the US (before the US turned their efforts to restricting darker peoples like Haitians and Latinos). As far as I know, they didn't all used to be considered white earlier in our history, so they didn't get treated like other whites here and they were also discriminated against because of their religion.

But, even more importantly, I'm sure it has a lot to do with all of the conflict in that region of late. Conflict stunts development and therefore the economy of the countries stay sh*tty.

dude...you are so fucking ignorant
you think were all communists don't you?
come to romania and see how cool it is. here, laws exist only on paper, so it's truly the country of every possibility.
we have entire neighbourhoods where 1 square meter costs 3000 euro, and all houses are sold, can't walk 2 steps without seeing a ferrari or lamborghini( of course, we have no roads, but who cares)
there are poor people, but so are in every country. if your smart, you can make a shit load of money without effort, cause like i said, laws are only on paper
and especially from eu founds. what, you think 7billion euro are gonna get invested in "agriculture"? c'mon
