Eastern Europe also includes the Baltic states: Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. I lived in Lithuania for a year and four months and traveled to the surrounding countries. Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary are some others that can be added to the list. The country-side is nice, but it's some tough living in those former Soviet countries! The nicest part about these countries is how deep the people are - there's depth in their eyes that you don't see elsewhere in the world.

Well certainly those are all which located in the easter part of it :)...Just kidding...
I am myself Eastern European- Latvian...It is a small country in the NE part of Europe... It is nice to travel here, if you love nature, mediaval cities, less chique and modernization then in a West, but more heart and history in everything. The prices are conciderably cheaper (2-3 times then in the W Europe!) and you have so much staff to do and to see. The same applies to Lithuania and Estonia. We are always standing together... |

I heard the nightlife in Eastern Europe is thorough.
I asked this girl that is from Czeckoslovakia and she said that is true. Some cities are nice there. They have also had some wars recently. If you are safe, travel with a friend and have enough cash you can enjoy any city... |
