How bad is the sex trade in eastern Europe? Is it bad to the point where it is dangerous?

I don't know about eastern Europe, but I have read it's really bad in Mexico.

It is bad, but it's mostly girls who are from around here... They answer to job offers that include "work abroad, good payment", they think that working abroad will help them live better and help support their families... Usually the ad says they'll be babysitters in western Europe but as soon as they apply their passports are taken and they are trafficked over the border illegally and sent off to a strip club in a unknown land, with no money and no passport...
Horrible, but not dangerous to anyone who comes... You won't be kidnapped and made a sex worker if that's what you meant...
