Where can I find good student discount tours in Eastern Europe?

I particularly want to go to Budapest.
I don't want to go with Contiki!!
I am going to be living in Holland for six months, and at the end of my stay i want to do some travelling.

Go to your student union or bookstore or co-op (again in US or Canada - not sure how this is handled elsewhere), and they usually have info about cheap travel, hostels, etc.
