There is no such continent as "Europe". The definition of a continent is a large land mass, and since Europe is not a separate land mass, it is not a separate continent, and actually part of Asia. It's just that white ppl in Europe have a superiority complex, and had to be a separate continent.

You're correct - I suppose someone was looking at an old map when it was part of the USSR.
An easy mistake to make.

People from Western Europe/US tend to think of Eastern Europe and former Soviet countries as "not European" I have noticed....I guess because those countries were closed off for so long? Or they're arrogant? I don't know. Lame but true!

Fair Question. I suppose it is just a mistake on their part. Considering the name Europe originally was given to the Greek/Italian peninsula in Europe. So named after Europa who in greek mythology was being seduced by Zeus. And as for the person who answered you earlier on, I don't think it has anything to do with a superiority complex. If his definition of a continent is a seperate land mass, then I suppose Europe, Asia and Africa is all one continent only really being split by the Suez Canal. I do believe that the mistake however is partly geographical as in theory Europe ended at Russia and the Ukraine and Siberia was in Asia.
