Default What is the cheapest country to visit in Eastern Europe?

I have been to Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic and all these countries appear to be getting more expensive as demand for these type of holidays increases. I would like to know what cities or countries are cheap for things like food and in particular BEER!

The 3 you mentioned are generally the cheaper ones. However, I agree, they are getting more and more expensive with tourism. What about Estonia. I have heard that is still quite cheap. Not sure about beer though.

I have always found Serbia very cheap Serbia.
I don't drink ....but I can find places there that I can buy an ice-cream for 5p! But in the capital, and for better ice cream it costs closer to 10- 20p. It is still much much cheaper than Croatia. And for a night including a few drinks of (alcohol) I'm sure you can do it for a couple of pounds.
